Cancellation Policy

At the time of booking, a retainer fee is essential to reserve your preferred date and time. The invoice must be settled before final confirmation of the booking. Payment of the retainer fee indicates acceptance of Beautifully Captured's policy. Clients are kindly reminded that all retainer fees and sessions are non-refundable to ensure fairness and commitment to the agreed-upon terms. In addition, for the convenience of both parties, payment for all photo shoots must be settled completely before the session commences or promptly after the shoot. This can be done using cash or credit card, as we aim to provide a seamless and efficient payment process. Please note that we do not accept cash apps for transactions at this time. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these policies. The client reserves the right to reschedule the portrait shoot mentioned above up to 72 hours before the scheduled appointment. In the event that the Photographer is unable to accommodate the rescheduled date, the Client shall not be liable for the outstanding balance of this portrait photography agreement but will forfeit the initial deposit. A $50 rescheduling fee will apply if the shoot is canceled outside the stipulated timeframe. All clients are requested to arrive at least 10 minutes before the scheduled session. A late fee of $35 will be applied for tardiness between 10-15 minutes. Sessions exceeding a 20-minute delay will be canceled without the option for a refund. Should rescheduling be necessary, a fee of $50 will be charged.
